What does BayaxeCard sell?
BayaxeCard offers trading cards, signed jerseys, sports memorabilia, and collectible items for sports fans and collectors.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, standard delivery normally takes 5–8 business days.
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
Can I track my order?
Yes. When tracking information is available, it will be sent after your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you charge for returns?
Approved U.S. returns include a free prepaid return shipping label.
There is no restocking fee.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Can I cancel my order?
